    Overview


    • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $34 - $47 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.


    We are looking for a Registered Nurse - RN to join our team This licensed nursing position is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the residents are met at our Senior Assisted Living and Memory Care in Bloomington, MN.

    This nurse schedule includes;


    • 72 hours every two weeks
    • Full time, day shifts; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    • Includes every other weekend and holiday
    • Full Benefit Eligible: (paid time off, matching retirement monies, Cash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access)
    Nine Mile Creek Senior Living Community offers a total of 93 units; Independent, Assisted and Memory Care.

    Our community is located in Bloomington, Minnesota next to the natural and rejuvenating setting of Moir Park with all the culture and entertainment of the Twin Cities just minutes away.

    As well, we are close to public transportation.

    Responsibilities/Job Description


    • Maintains current assessment and documentation of resident health status
    • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plan
    • Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
    • Assesses resident goals and revises, modify care plans as needed
    • Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
    • Advise Resident Assistants as needed
    Qualifications


    Required:

    • Current RN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross

    Preferred:

    • Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
    • Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
    • Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
    • Prior experience in home care or assisted living environment
