    The Yacht Management Accounts Administrator's role is to maintain up to date financial records for client yachts in the yacht management fleet.

    Detail Tasks for Yacht Management Accounts Administrator

    The following task list is not intended to be exhaustive, other activities will become apparent during the delivery of the service.

    • Safety Management – To the extent that financial administration is driven by risk management requirements, Yacht Management Accounts Administrator is a part of the safety management system in the Denison Asset Managed fleet;
    • Assist with preparation of yacht budgets with input from other parties;
    • Payment of all bills and invoices through payment approval process. Payments to be made on a timely basis and recorded in accounting systems;
    • Maintain supplier relationships, including contact information etc.;
    • Verification of receipt of Owner funding and charter income (if applicable) is correct and corresponding with Charter Contract details;
    • Verification of any other income;
    • Assist with creation of monthly financial reports;
    • Liaise with Captain and Asset Management team regarding shipyard worklists and project funding needs;
    • Reconciliation of bank statements, Credit and Debit Cards;
    • Request new cards and cancel as required;
    • Audit monthly receipts and accounts from the Captain;
    • Balance Captain's Cash and credit card accounts on board;
    • At least one visit to the yacht per year where practical/approved by Owner;

    Additional tasks may be required and may be assigned to the Yacht Management Accounts Administrator as needs appear.

    Requirements:

    Experience as yacht crew will be a plus

    Previous knowledge of the Voly Yacht Accounts system will be a plus

    Microsoft Outlook knowledge is required
