Job Summary

Are you a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Virginia looking for a FRESH START? If so, we can help YOU Cell Staff is a nationwide healthcare staffing company that has partnered with Correctional Facilities across Virginia to help them find AMAZING Nurse Practitioners. We're looking for you to become a valuable part of the medical staff near Chesapeake, VA

NP Details

Full Time Schedules
No weekends required
8 or 10 hour shifts available
Mon - Fri (8a - 4:30p) or Tue - Fri (8a - 6:30p)
Contract Position

NP Duties

Providing primary care to inmates
Performing initial examinations, including physical exams and patient observations
Setting up and monitoring medical equipment
Ordering and administering diagnostic tests
Recording patient medical histories
Operating and maintaining medical equipment
Perform other duties as assigned

NP Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited educational institution
Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) by the State in which the position is located. The license MUST be in good standing
1+ year of relevant Nurse Practitioner (NP) experience
