    Job Duties:
    As a Senior Estimator specializing in multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California, your primary responsibilities will include:

    Detailed Quantity Take-off: Conduct thorough and precise quantity take-offs for multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.


    Preliminary Pricing:

    Generate preliminary pricing based on the detailed quantity take-off, taking into account the unique requirements of each project and adhering to industry standards.


    Estimation Experience:

    Utilize a minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating self-performed multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California, demonstrating a deep understanding of the intricacies involved.


    Man Hour Production Rates:
    Possess an excellent understanding of man hour production rates, particularly for various formwork systems and types. Utilize historical data to inform accurate estimations.

    Software Proficiency:
    Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing estimating software such as Excel, WinEst, Cost-OS, Timberline Precision Estimating, PlanSwift/On Screen Takeoff. Familiarity with Model Based Estimating is considered a plus.

    Collaboration:
    Collaborate effectively with internal teams and project stakeholders to gather relevant information and ensure alignment with project objectives.

    Requirements:

    Experience:
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating self-performed multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California.

    Knowledge:

    Strong knowledge of man hour production rates for various formwork systems and types, placing and finishing tasks based on historical data.


    Software Skills:
    Proficient in Excel, WinEst, Cost-OS, Timberline Precision Estimating, PlanSwift/On Screen Takeoff. Experience with Model Based Estimating is a plus.

    Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information and interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.


    Adaptability:
    Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and effectively manage multiple tasks within established timelines.
