    We are looking for a VP of Product Management for our Life Sciences division. This role will provide the product vision and strategy in collaboration with R&D, marketing, and senior leadership.
    The RoleThis role is a key leader responsible for the the product vision for RLDatix Life Sciences. The role includes end-to-end management of the Life Sciences product roadmap, overseeing both current and future product suites. The ideal candidate will be a true product evangelist. Healthcare knowledge or direct experience in Life Sciences is a significant plus.

    The position reports to the Life Sciences General Manager with a dotted line to the global Chief Product Officer (CPO) and plays an important role in articulating and supporting strategic growth alongside focused development and delivery of Life Sciences P&L.

    Communicating the vision across RLDatix and closely aligning Life Sciences product management with sales and marketing strategies is crucial.

    The role will have a high degree of autonomy and independence and will be responsible for setting the strategy as well as growing and managing a team and influencing the success of the division within our Life Sciences business.


    What You Will Do:
    Develop overall product vision, product strategy, and product roadmap for RLDatix Life Sciences in alignment with corporate objectives.
    Oversee development of compelling, market-leading products that delight users and drive company growth.

    Partner closely with R&D leadership to execute product development that delivers a full project roadmap scope on time, within budget, and with high quality.

    Develop a robust market, customer, and competitor fact base to inform and validate product vision and strategy.
    Working alongside the broader Product Management team, establish the pricing proposal for RLDatix Life Sciences products.
    Prepare detailed, regular updates to the Executive Leadership Team illustrating key findings/learnings and other insights.

    Partner closely with cross-functional leads across R&D, Marketing, Sales, BU operations, and others to execute cross-functional projects such as product roadmap and product launch.

    Drive innovation across the Life Sciences product organization, identify and drive disruptive and effective solutions that anticipate changing customer and market competitive forces.


    Experience and skills you will need:
    A solid tenure of progressive product management experience with day-to-day operations within software and technology.
    Experience successfully bringing new products to market; experience defining and executing Go-to
    • Market strategies and plans.
    Passion for simple, smart, beautiful product experiences.
    Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
    Strong financial skills and an ability to develop business cases.
    Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development plans and initiatives.
    Excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to establish and cultivate executive level relationships.

    Ability to see the big picture while also maintaining high attention to detail and willingness to 'role up your sleeves' to get things done.

    Ability to set priorities and execute with laser focus and clarity.
    Ability to show strong customer focus; demonstrated experience in utilizing competitive intelligence, market research, customer forums and community feedback.
    Experience in healthcare and or Life Sciences is a strong plus.
