- 4-day clinical work week with no weekend call
- Full Spectrum Family Practice: Inpatient and Outpatient, with the option of some Emergency Medicine (if desired)
- Family medicine outpatient clinic is located inside the hospital
- Established patient panel and growing - be busy from day 1
- Quality of care focus with a "family-like" atmosphere
- $270K base, seeing 17-30 patients in the clinic. As much as 4,000 more a month if seeing 22 or more patients a day
- Up to $12K annually for rounding.
