    Job Title

    Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN)

    Shifts: 7am-10am & 1:30pm-4:30pm

    Location: Portsmouth, NH

    Hourly Rate: $45.00 per hour

    About the Role

    We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing exceptional support to two children in their daily routine.

    This pivotal role involves ensuring the patients have a smooth start to their school day and assisting with after-school hours as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
    • Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
    • Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

    Requirements

    • Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire
    • One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
    • Home care experience preferred
    • Current CPR Certification Required
