Position Overview: As a CT Technologist Lead, you will coordinate and organize daily CT operations, assign tasks to technologists, imaging aides, and students. You will expertly perform radiology procedures, update protocols, and ensure the timely delivery of imaging services. Your role will involve liaising between Diagnostic Imaging and other hospital staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider, RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy within 180 Days of hire if required.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 8 years of recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Broad knowledge of diagnostic CT principles and equipment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Ability to work efficiently and autonomously
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills
- Prioritization and delegation abilities
