Title: Team Leader Day shift-7:00am-3:30 Winter hours, 6:00am to 2:30 Summer Hours Pay: 18.00 / hourWe are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Team Leader to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in production supervision, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead a team of production workers to ensure daily production targets are met or exceeded.
2. Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members, including training and development opportunities as needed.
3. Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
4. Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
5. Enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
6. Lead by example by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to achieving company goals.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a production leadership role, with demonstrated success in supervising and motivating teams to achieve production targets.
2. Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels.
4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
