    Senior Manufacturing Engineer

    in La Crosse, WI In this role, you will

    operate innovative engineered systems and develop, coordinate, and implement sustainable

    manufacturing production processes. Your cross-functional team will be focused on delivering

    Where is the work:
    This position will be onsite each day in La Crosse, WI and is a safety-sensitive role.


    What you will do:

    • Design and develop processes for factory transformation projects and equipment implementation.
    • Improve productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy consumption, and downtime reduction.
    • Provide technical/subject matter expertise and guidance for the resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems.
    • Serve as a resource for cause/effect investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
    • Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.

    Uphold manufacturing standards including:
    machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings and cycle times.


    • Generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications given local needs.
    • Partner with on-site EHS to ensure all equipment meets safety regulations compliant with OSHA.

    What we expect of you:

    • Bachelor's degree required (Engineering discipline preferred)
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Project Management, Process Automation and AutoCAD or similar design software experience
    • Aptitude for mechanical/electrical application as related to equipment/processes.
    • Communication skills to articulate voice of the customer.
    • Ability to coach, advise and develop teammates and peers.

    Compensation:

    Base Pay Range:
    $100,000-$125,000.
