    We are looking for an enthusiastic Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team.     Responsibilities:
    • Creating a warm, professional and welcoming first impression for our guests, clients and employees at one of our reception desks
    • Aligning with Physical Security Team to help track visitors, create badges and escort guests to their destination when required
    • Coordinating with vendors (catering, maintenance, janitorial, event staff, etc.), escorting and directing contractors who are here to do one-off and recurring tasks to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures
    • Helping to support our office processes such as the mailing system, office supplies, employee and company priority mail, shipping requests, and tracking delivery requests and returns
    • Monitoring and responding to an internal ticketing system within Service Level Agreements, providing excellent customer service and experience to fellow employees
    • Partnering closely with our Events Team to coordinate for internal events, pop-ups and special programming overseeing logistics, set up, supplies and ensuring flawless execution
    • Supporting the broader workplace and facilities team on running the buildings and operating with excellence
    • Supporting the team by documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), suggesting process improvements and identifying issues in current processes

    You may be a good fit if you:

    • Have 3-5 years of experience as an office assistant, workplace coordinator or in a hospitality environment
    • Possess the passion to make people feel welcome, both internal and external parties, ensuring a lasting positive impression of Anthropic and our facilities
    • Have a service and solution-based mindset/internal customer orientation, and are excited to take on essential but behind-the-scenes tasks so others can do impactful work
    • Enjoy rolling up your sleeves and handling day-to-day tasks as they arise no task is too big or too small
    • Have previously worked with landlords, vendors, and/or security systems, managing relationships, procuring services and troubleshooting facilities issues as needed

    Strong candidates may also:

    • Possess a growth mindset with a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world and realistic assessment of its risks and limitations
    • Have knowledge of facilities-related systems, equipment, and infrastructure with the ability to supervise maintenance, repairs, and services
    • Have previous experience coordinating or managing a spectrum of events, ranging from casual team happy hours to larger company holiday parties
    • Be proficient in Google Suite, Envoy, Jira, Notion, Brex, and Building Engines
