    Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
    Partner with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document requirements and define measurable success criteria.
    Partner with multiple stakeholders across business units and IT teams to define the optimal delivery approach.

    Utilize your strong communication and stakeholder management skills to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements for data governance and metadata management.

    Translate desired business functionality into documented application requirements.
    Collaborate with business units and IT (Information Technology) teams on solution strategies related to data governance and metadata management.

    Drive to the heart of business problems to ensure the development of practical solutions, documentation and process improvements that consider all teams, initiatives, and long-term strategy.

    Provide thought leadership on priorities, dependencies, and risks.
    Identify areas of process improvement and assist in driving internal change.
    Facilitate training for new processes.
    Support the development of a metadata management and data governance framework and policies, processes, standards, and roles.
    Collaborate with data stewards and development teams to develop and maintain policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures.
    Assist with the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards, and adoption requirements across the enterprise.
    Improve data capture processes to enhance data quality and decision-making.
    Ensure data ownership, quality, and privacy in collaboration with business units and various stakeholders within the Enterprise.

    Champion organizational behavior changes as it relates to the use of data and realize the vision of data managed as an asset.

    Knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful:

    Knowledge of Data Governance and Metadata Management.
    Understanding of operational processes, data, systems landscape
    Ability to understand desired business functionality and translate into documented application requirements
    Advanced knowledge of business analysis best practices including documentation requirements for large bodies of work
    Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas
    Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely with program leadership, subject matter experts and key stakeholders.

    Ability and willingness to recognize work that needs to be completed, to seek out additional assignments or tasks, and to help others.

    Strong analytical skills, business intuition, and organizational ability.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to operate effectively in a cross functional and complex matrixed work environment.
    Adaptable, open to change and able to work in ambiguous situations and respond to new information or unexpected circumstances.

    Professional working knowledge with data management in the technology industry.

    Expert written and verbal communication skills


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
    5+ years of experience as a business analyst or equivalent.
    Prior experience or exposure to data governance and metadata management
    Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently and collaboratively.

    base pay range for this position is:
    $103, $155,508.00


    F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business.
