Responsibilities:
Performing mammography imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and standards.
Positioning patients and operating mammography equipment to obtain high-quality images.
Ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information.
Maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
ARRT certification in mammography is required.
State licensure or certification as required.
CPR certification is preferred.
Experience in mammography imaging is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
