    Our client, a leading real estate development and property management company in the Greater Portland area, is seeking a Property Manager to add to their team. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, their friendly service, quick response times, and quality accommodations have earned them a reputation for excellence in the residential property market.

    The Property Manager will manage a team of 2-3. This is a hands-on position overseeing and managing 200+ units in Androscoggin, Cumberland, and York counties.

    Duties in addition to team management:

    Managing the rent collection process, unit turnover including leasing and showings,

    Vendor and contractor management associated with unit turnovers and maintenance.

    Delivery of eviction notices for non-payment. Legal council is on retainer to support these activities.

    Periodically reviewing the overall maintenance status of each building and the management of scheduled maintenance including landscaping and garbage removal. The Manager will perform some maintenance activities and contract with outside vendors and contractors for others.

    Actively relate with tenants including conflict resolution between tenants when issues arise.

    Successful candidates will have comfort with tenant relations and previous certification in fair housing policy.

    Experience with AppFolio is a huge plus

    Salary will depend on experience. Compensation and benefits include paid vacation, healthcare plans that are 80-90% employer-paid, and 401k shortly.
