Business Analyst (General Liability & Guidewire Policy Center Implementation)

Location: Chicago Heights, IL

Job Description:

I am proficient in analyzing business requirements and translating them into system requirements.

I am able to lead requirement definition sessions and ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and solution scope.

Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation, ensuring continuous alignment and communication.

Candidates with experience in business analysis or similar roles are preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are required.

Previous experience as a Business Analyst in commercial insurance product implementation, particularly in General Liability and Guidewire Policy Center implementation, is highly desirable.

Capable of capturing requirements related to Product Model, Transactions, ratings, and Forms.
