- Location: Tracy, CA.
- Position: Production Lead
- Temp-to hire
- Shift: 545pm-2:30pm (Monday-Fridays, Saturdays if needed)
- Pay: $22-$23/hr
- REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 1 year as a Production Lead/Supervising
- Must be able to give and receive orders and instructions to production line workers
- Verify raw/preprocessed material on work order to ensure correct amount is available for production
- Put raw materials into machine as instructed by Production sheet
- Complete paperwork for QA and Production
- Update process monitoring form hourly
- Responsible for to maximize quality and productivity
- Completing paperwork and any associated administrative tasks related to the production line
- Updating records to show what's been completed and reporting any issues
- Assign tasks based on what orders have come in and which members of the team are working on each day.
- Set up production line to complete these orders efficiently
- Motivate their team and show support and guidance when necessary
- Relay clear instructions and procedures so that all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Ensures all production machinery operates smoothly
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems
- Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications
- Enforces Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations
- Follows all safety guidelines; Reports any work-related injuries to HR as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours)
- Monitors production floor for any safety hazards and reports issues to Production Supervisor and/or HR
- Answers radio requests; Responds to questions and solves problems
- Informs Production Supervisor of whereabouts, attendance, and activities; Proactively identifies problems and potential problems, and offers possible solutions
- Required to fill various rolls on production floor including, but not limited to, Operator, Wrangler, Stager, Packager or any other line job as required
- Shows respect and sensitivity toward cultural differences; Promotes a harassment and discrimination free environment
- Adheres to Policies and Procedures; Upholds and supports organizational goals and values

- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide by 10's and 100's
