- Installation and removal of field instruments
- Field scouting
- Sampling
- Walk Fields of customers often in order to monitor crop health and identify issues to make recommendations of herbicide, pesticide or mechanical control methods
- Establish routes schedules and other organizational tools
- Report to crop advisor status of fields and make recommendations
- Performs general clerical duties as needed such as processing mail, filing, alphabetizing records, and completing forms and reports
- Answers telephone, takes messages or directs calls and places outgoing calls
- Internally covers department phones during meetings and employee
- Take orders, create delivery tickets for dispatch
- Operates office equipment such as copiers, printers, calculators, personal computers, may maintain office supplies and ensure the maintenance of office equipment
- Greets and directs walk-in traffic, and coordinates various drop-offs and pickups
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of basic farm equipment and operation is preferred.

Summary
Simplot Grower Solutions is looking to fill a seasonal Laborer position. Full-time, temporary, position with full benefits and the opportunity for substantial over-time hours. The primary responsibility is to assist with daily plant operations.
