Job Description
Journeyman Pipefitters needed for an industrial project in the Akron, OH area. You will be fitting stainless steel, carbon, chrome, and seamless pipe (no screw pipe) for welds ranging in size from 2" to 4" for production lines. Assemble piping components based on detailed drawings, selecting the correct material, dimensions, and observing specifications and tolerances. Proficiency in mathematics, geometry, trigonometry, and pipefitting techniques required. Ability to read and layout from blueprints and must have own basic hand tools. Pre-employment drug test and background check may be required.
Pay rate:up to $34/hour
$90/day per diem
Overnight - 60 hours/week
2+ month duration
