Midwest Construction, Concrete & GC in the Ann Arbor/Saline area of Michigan, is looking for highly skilled and dependable talent to join our growing team. We are currently recruiting to hire experienced Crew Leaders and Lead Finishers for these supervisory roles.
PrimarySkills and Specifications:

• Assist with all aspects of hands-on tasks, while overseeing the work of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency. You will help to ensure operational success and keep projects running smoothly from inception to completion.
• Tasks may include but not limited to, removing existing concrete and replacing bad fill with gravel underneath. Shoot, grade, form and pour stamped concrete and exposed aggregate.
• Carries out assignments and tasks related to the layout, excavation, formwork, reinforcement installation, concrete placement, finishing, curing and cutting.
• Knowledge of the standard methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in concrete construction and maintenance.
• Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial and residential concrete work (must be highly skilled)
• Must submit required documentation: W-9 Form and I.D.
• CDL License is highly recommended

You Must Have:

• Driver License.
• Employment Authorization Documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Keep tools, materials, trailers, and trucks clean and organized daily.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
