Job Summary
The Humble Vascular Surgery Center is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Ambulatory Surgery Center facilities, equipment and property.Responsibilities
- Monitors and maintains facility logbooks and all documentation in accordance with TX Department of Health/CMS standards.
- Emergency Generator operation and preventive maintenance knowledge.
- Building maintenance knowledge and skill set which may include minor electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, drywall repairs,painting phone systems IT systems basic computer skills.
