    Job Summary:

    Medpace is seeking a SharePoint Analyst who will be dedicated to supporting our SharePoint and Office365 environments on a global scale. This position will require expertise in SharePoint and Office365 applications in order to advance efficiencies, system integration, data integrity and productivity improvements.

    Responsibilities :
    • Focus on the use of SharePoint and Microsoft O365 applications globally and the delivery to end users. Develop processes, deploy features and provide application support to all functional areas and business units.
    • Provide SharePoint and Microsoft O365 solutions involving site collaboration, enterprise search, workflow and content management.
    • Identify, research, and implement SharePoint and Microsoft O365 solutions to meet company objectives.
    • Promote user adoption of SharePoint and Microsoft O365 applications through employee training and preparation of self-help materials, technical demonstrations, consultation and support of existing functionality.
    • Configure and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft O365 environments.
    • Ensure data security and integrity of SharePoint and Microsoft O365 environments.
    • Work with SharePoint team members to address requests, resolve issues and maintain peak performance of the SharePoint and Microsoft O365 environments
    Qualifications :
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience with SharePoint Online
    • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Flow, Power Automate, Teams.
    • Proficient with SharePoint workflows including out of the box and Nintex Workflow Cloud. Powershell and/or Nintex RPA experience preferred
    • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, users and management;
