    Manager of Crisis Intervention - Portland, OR

    Join a collaborative Behavioral Health hospital in Portland that focuses on a compassionate approach to mental and behavioral health emergencies. The ideal Crisis Intervention manager will possess strong leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and experience working in the ED. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with hospital and departmental policies, managing the budget, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

    Role Highlights:

    • Supervise a team of 20 full-time employees.
    • Lead program development and departmental strategy.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a Masters or doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
    • Have at least four (4) years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
    • Possess a minimum of two (2) years in a leadership position.
    • Hold a license such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or be a Qualified Mental Health Professional. Must maintain current licensure in Oregon.
