- Bachelor s degree in a related field
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in project and/or data management, preferably within the healthcare field
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin required; additional Chinese dialects a plus.

- The Navigator will coordinate physician office visits, outpatient treatment, surgical and specialist referral appointments, transportation arrangement, accompany patients to offsite physician offices and/or hospital departments to provide language support
- The Navigator is also responsible for community outreach, events, communication, and education
