Pyramid Management Group, LLC. One of the largest owners/managers of premier shopping centers in the Northeast, is seeking for (3) Full-Time Maintenance Mechanics, to join our Maintenance Department at the Palisades Center Mall, located in West Nyack, New York.

Summary: Maintain and enhance the value of the property through cost-effective repair and maintenance of Center structures and systems.

Basic Duties:

• Assist customers when and where needed.
• Perform interior maintenance functions including but not limited to repairs of fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, installing and finishing drywall, painting, concrete patching, cleaning and various tasks as assigned by management.
• Perform exterior maintenance functions including; repair of fixtures, roofs, parking lots, and sidewalks.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks on all equipment to keep it in the best possible condition.
• Makes minor plumbing repairs on the property.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks on HVAC systems and fire protection systems including sprinkler systems and fire extinguishers.
• Inform supervisor of potential problems with any equipment used or systems responsible for.
• Acts as a liaison with contractors in areas where responsible for maintenance and repair.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Vocational training preferred.
• Basic HVAC maintenance experience a plus.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work as a team or independently without supervision.
