This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry with a competitive salary range of $36,000 to $250,000 per year, paid semimonthly.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales for our dealership.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Utilize various sales techniques to meet or exceed sales goals
• Stay up

• date on product knowledge and features to effectively sell vehicles
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
• Work collaboratively with the dealership team to ensure a positive customer experience
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long
• term relationships
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledgeRequirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be a team player and able to work in a fast
