- Collaborate with Special Education Teachers
- Take part in the intake process for new students
- Conduct assessments and oversee their implementation
- Utilize Behavior Analytic techniques to enhance staff performance
- Engage in staff evaluations
- Offer ongoing supervision as mandated by BACB for RBTs and/or BCaBAs
- Contribute to supervised field work for behavior analysis candidates
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Create Behavior Intervention Plans
- Provide training and guidance to the classroom team
- Attend various meetings such as IEP development, supervisor, and classroom meetings
- Review student graphs and programming in conjunction with SPED and make adjustments for student progress
- Assess program integrity, student progress, and provide recommendations
- Assist with crisis emergency procedures
- Participate in home and community visits as necessary
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality; ensure staff do the same
- Effectively collaborate with parents, service providers, and Local Education Agencies (LEAs)
- Perform other assigned duties
- Physically care for young children up to 6 years old
- Handle heavy physical demands when managing students in various scenarios
- Demonstrate leadership, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Physical presence on-site is mandatory
- Undergo thorough background checks
- Hold and maintain active Board Certified Behavior Analyst Credential (BCBA)
- Maintain necessary state license(s)
- Have 2 years of experience in behavior analytic services for individuals with autism or developmental delays
- Meet supervision requirements per BACB
- Possess excellent professional, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
