- Maintain staffing, schedules, and certifications of distribution employees.
- Manage equipment maintenance and preventative programs.
- Prioritize and react timely to changes in strategy and business needs.
- Own replenishment strategies for all areas of report.
- Assure all spaces within the report have appropriate storage solutions.
- Plan and maintain appropriate business continuity plans.
- Leverage leansigma, standard work, and visual controls.
- Support merger and acquisition (M&A) integration and post M&A value creation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 8 years of handson warehouse experience, minimum 2 years in related leadership positions.
- Healthcare, medical device, or other manufacturing in a regulated environment experience is highly preferred.
