- Client: Female, 56
- Location: Manhattan, NY (Upper West Side)
- Schedule: Live In - Sunday 5pm-Wednesday 5pm
- Client is a paraplegic, bed bound, and uses a Hoyer Lift.
- Must have experience with catheter care.
- Perform home management tasks including housekeeping, laundry, shopping, accompanying to appointments, and errands
- Prepare and serve simple modified diets according to instruction and assists with feeding
- Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
- Assist with medication as specified on plan of care
- Observe and report all changes to RN
- Demonstrate competence in performing necessary skills
- Complete all other duties assigned within the HHA scope of practice
