    SUMMARY
    The role of a

    Sr.

    Salesforce Administrator

    is responsible for managing Salesforce processes and the platform across a global organization. Responsibilities include configuration, customization, troubleshooting, on-boarding activities and general support across the sales, marketing, customer success/support, IT and financial

    teams.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    include the following.

    Daily administration and technical/functional support for Salesforce Sales and Support Clouds including user administration, profiles and roles, and platform

    customization
    Provides support to users for the technical aspects of application utilities and functions, such as

    reporting
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the platform is driving efficient productivity and value across the

    organization
    Provide recommendations for process and application improvements utilizing best practices and data

    management
    Full release management including creation of use cases and test plans as required
    Keep up to date on new apps, features and functionality to recommend and apply improvements to internal business

    requirements

    Analyze, understand and translate business needs into technical configurations that administrators and developers can use as guidelines for configuration and/or programming work.

    Assess technical requirements of requests and scope for projects and communicate results to business client, project team, and IT

    counterparts
    Assist application users by tracking, analyzing and solving user problems based on an understanding of business process workflow within the

    application
    Facilitate or participate in testing activities to ensure development work meets user requirements. May develop test script criteria and use cases for functional and end-user testing
    Prepare materials and/or conduct end-user training sessions to support use and feature sets for new or updated systems and

    applications
    Document and maintain process, policies, application configuration, training and help related material for users


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science and/or related field
    Minimum four years of experience as a Salesforce

    administrator
    administrator (ADM201 and

    ADM211)
    Certified Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and developer certifications

    preferred
    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
    Salesforce Administrator certification

    preferred
    COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES)
    Up-to-date Lightning certifications for Sales and Service Cloud
    Strong understanding of best practices and

    functionality
    Ability to build custom applications and objects, workflow, and custom

    views
    Strong background in security practices including implementing role-based access to views and

    data
    Strong data management skills
    Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and be

    self-motivated
    Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.
    However, the pay range for this position is as follows.
    $102, $190,100.00
