We are seeking a Production Foreman to join our team

Job Description:

The Shop Foreman is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop or manufacturing facility. This role involves managing a team of technicians or workers, ensuring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment. The Shop Foreman plays a crucial role in coordinating schedules, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues to meet production targets efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee work and production
• Manage a team as well as recruit new workers and training them
• Keep production floor clean and neat
• Track all equipment performance and update/clean as needed
• Complete work orders and helping clients with all needs
• Record all inventory, work orders, repair schedules, and any employee records
• Ensure company is working within compliance regulations
• Meet all targets with production, quality, and safety regulations
• Able to coordinate with other departments to ensure efficiency

​Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing or workshop environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of production processes and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications for production planning and inventory management.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
