    As a member of our Maintenance team you will keep the Assisted Living Community, surrounding buildings and grounds in clean and orderly condition and maintains furnaces, air-conditioners, and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for residents.

    Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical, wiring, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools. Replaces air-conditioner filters. Completes Monthly Maintenance checklist. Assist with Disaster preparedness including fire and disaster drills. Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or replacements to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk and grounds. Oversees landscaping services and if needed Mows lawn, trims shrubbery, and cultivates flowers, using hand tools and power tools.


    Qualifications:

    • Minimal of 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent
