    The Ecommerce Customer Service Representative will maintain a positive online presence for all 3rd party selling channels and our multiple websites to ensure customer satisfaction.

    The responsibilities of this position include managing all order-related inquiries, answer product questions, and QA/QC requests from all forms of communication, phone, email, e-commerce interface and chat and ensure optimal marketplace compliance on all channels and storefronts.

    The ideal candidate is comfortable with heavy data entry and proactively working in a fast-paced environment.


    Essential Functions:


    Respond to e-commerce customer service queries, product questions, and QA/QC requests from all forms of communication, phone, email, ticketing systems, e-commerce interface and chat.

    Respond to customer order related inquiries, shipping, refunds, returns, and warranty information.
    Offer basic troubleshooting to customers including product knowledge, recommendations, and problem resolution.
    Work with appropriate departments to update listing content, packaging, as well as product improvement and recommendations.
    Monitor customer reviews, questions and feedback for trends and quality control issues.
    Review and respond to product and seller feedback from customers, and action data with appropriate departments.


    Qualifications:
    Highly motivated with a passion for e-commerce
    Ability to multi-task
    Detail oriented and Accurate
    Ability to quickly research on the internet and organize information.
    Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, courteous, and a professional manner in both verbal and written communications
    Ability to work independently and a part of a team.
    2+ years of experience in e-commerce
    Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Overstock, eBay, Commerce Hub, Zendesk and Ship Station
    Proficient in Microsoft programs, including, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
