Harness Boolean search strings and multiple recruiting tools to pinpoint the right candidates.
Connect with top talent, presenting opportunities that align with their professional trajectory.
Establish and nourish relationships based on trust, expertise, and unwavering commitment.
Stay updated with current tech trends to converse effectively with both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

You have previously worked at a Staffing firm
1+ years in business development, account management, B2B sales, or a related role.
1+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for those in the tech domain.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and Boolean strings

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
