- Willing to work extended hours and on occasions on Saturday
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years Customer Service, office or related experience with 2 of those years in a healthcare or dental clinic setting preferred
- Additional education may substitute for the experience requirement

Description
Position DescriptionThis position is responsible for assuring smooth operations of the referral management process. Employees in this position are responsible for efficiently processing referrals in a timely manner.
Employees assist patients in making and keeping appointments, collaborate with referring providers and consultants to facilitate two-way communication needed to complete the referral process in an efficient and timely manner.
Additionally, employees in this position are responsible for scheduling appointments and documenting/uploading necessary information into the patient's electronic medical record prior to their visits.
They are also responsible for obtaining relevant information from patients and insurance companies, as well as, maintaining related records for the department.
