- Utilizes suitable Agile or development practices, system development lifecycles, tools, and technology.
- Automates code release transitions from development to operations (DevOps).
- Engages in change management and service ticket management processes, including receipt, resolution tracking, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Leads projects when necessary and gains a solid operational comprehension of the solution being provided.
- Ensures user contentment by offering preventive maintenance, issue troubleshooting, and prompt resolution of more complex problems.
- Designs, creates, and tests experimental application work to explore new concepts within defined cost and time parameters.
- Guarantees that application processes align with corporate social responsibility, security, compliance, environmental, and technical regulations and pertinent standards and laws.
- Serves as a link with regulatory bodies, suppliers, and contractors concerning computer systems as needed.
- Establishes metrics and supervises Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for developed systems.
