• Perform routine and specialized floor cleaning and maintenance tasks in commercial settings
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
• Strip, seal, wax, and polish floors using appropriate chemicals and techniques
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of floor cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment effectively and safely
