    A Temporary IT Technician Opportunity Awaits.

    About the Role:

    This temporary entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the IT field. As a Technical Intern, you will be an essential part of our customer service team and play a key role in troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of computer systems, software applications, and network infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Flexible scheduling with a range of 20 to 40 hours per week, accommodating your school schedule.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues, process user requests, and document technical procedures and knowledge base articles in a fast-paced remote environment.
    • Collaborate with the team to research desktop, network, and hardware/software product issues as required.
    • Stay up-to-date with technology trends through training and professional development.
    • Spend 85% of your time at our offices and 15% on-site at clients or during training.

    Requirements:

    • Pursuing an Associate's degree or equivalent in an IT-related field is desirable, but relevant experience is also acceptable.
    • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, task completion ability, and a willingness to share knowledge.
    • An ideal candidate has or is working towards an A+ certification, with additional certifications and experience considered beneficial for higher starting pay.
    • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks.
    • Experience with hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
    • Strong desire to learn new things and excellent problem-solving, analytical, phone, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check and maintain a clean record.
