    JOB SUMMARY

    Helps manage the day-to-day operations of Wild Roast and oversees the room and staff to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    1. Promotes exemplary guest service standards through prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
    2. Promotes a clean, safe, and healthy work environment at all times for employees and guests.
    3. Supervision of staff to include performance, coaching, counseling, employee orientation, and staff scheduling.
    4. Consult with the Wild Roast Deli Supervisor on improvements and changes.
    5. Communicates with customers in a professional and timely manner.
    6. Assists in the training of staff and monitors their handling and preparation of drinks, ensuring consistency of recipe, produce, and presentation.
    7. Assists in maintaining a well-organized storage facility.
    8. Participates in Food & Beverage Management meetings when assigned.
    9. Complies with an employee handbook, departmental policy and procedures, and safety codes.
    10. May be expected to work in other areas of F&B as assigned.
    11. Identifies areas needing improvement and develops strategies that can be implemented.
    12. Keeps open communication with the Deli Supervisor and staff members to ensure the highest quality of service.
    13. Performs regular duties of deli staff as needed including food preparation, food/beverage service, operating POS, restocking, cleaning tables and equipment, trash disposal, putting away freight, etc.
    14. Complies with and makes sound decisions using regulatory law, WRC Team Member Handbook, department policy, and procedures, safety codes, etc.
    15. Must be able to operate and train others on Wild Roast Deli Equipment.
    16. Maintains a calm demeanor in times of high volume and special events.
    17. Performs other duties as assigned.

    SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:
    1. Wild Roast Employees.
    SIGNATORY ABILITY:
    1. Personnel actions/forms.
    2. Prepare purchase requisitions.
    3. Wild Roast Deli Bank.
    ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS:
    1. F&B Controlled Areas.
    2. POS.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    1. Two (2) years of customer service experience.
    2. Six (6) months of supervisory experience.
    3. High School Diploma or GED.
    4. Trained/knowledgeable of various recipes.
    5. POS and Inventory System experience.
    6. Strong interpersonal, guest service, leadership, communication, analytical and decision-making abilities.
    7. Physically fit - able to stand and/or walk for long periods; able to maneuver 50 lbs.; and has good visual and auditory acuity.
    8. Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.
    9. Must possess or obtain a Food Handler Certification and an OLCC server permit within 30 days of employment.
    10. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
    11. Requires a High-Security Gaming License.
    12. Must be at least 21 years of age.
