- Assists in the training of staff and monitors their handling and preparation of drinks, ensuring consistency of recipe, produce, and presentation.
- Assists in maintaining a well-organized storage facility.
- Participates in Food & Beverage Management meetings when assigned.
- Complies with an employee handbook, departmental policy and procedures, and safety codes.
- May be expected to work in other areas of F&B as assigned.
- Identifies areas needing improvement and develops strategies that can be implemented.
- Keeps open communication with the Deli Supervisor and staff members to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Performs regular duties of deli staff as needed including food preparation, food/beverage service, operating POS, restocking, cleaning tables and equipment, trash disposal, putting away freight, etc.
- Complies with and makes sound decisions using regulatory law, WRC Team Member Handbook, department policy, and procedures, safety codes, etc.
- Must be able to operate and train others on Wild Roast Deli Equipment.
- Maintains a calm demeanor in times of high volume and special events.

- Strong interpersonal, guest service, leadership, communication, analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Physically fit - able to stand and/or walk for long periods; able to maneuver 50 lbs.; and has good visual and auditory acuity.
- Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.
- Must possess or obtain a Food Handler Certification and an OLCC server permit within 30 days of employment.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Requires a High-Security Gaming License.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
