Overview
Established automotive radiator and cooling system shop in Lawrenceville is seeking a dependable, organized Front Desk / Service Coordinator to manage daily office operations in a fast-paced shop environment.
This is not a basic receptionist role. You will be the communication hub between customers, technicians, and deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage 3 incoming phone lines professionally
- Greet customers and handle service intake
- Look up, price, and quote radiator & cooling system parts
- Create and manage invoices
- Track daily shop workflow and job status
- Coordinate delivery routes
- Maintain organized invoice and paperwork records
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
- Lift up to 50 lbs when needed
Requirements
- Strong multitasking ability
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Comfortable with computers and invoicing systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Dependable and punctual
- Automotive or parts experience preferred (will train the right person)
- Must work well with others in a team environment
