Job Summary
The primary roles of the (VT2) Video Tier 2 Escalation Group is to serve as the main escalation point for operational support and troubleshooting for UETN Distance Education stakeholders and the various IVC system services devices and platforms.Responsibilities
- Escalation troubleshooting support for core IVC systems platforms services and endpoint devices.
- Proactive and reactive maintenance assistance of IVC core systems endpoint equipment technologies.
