    Job Title: Exciting Opportunity for a Radiologic Technologist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

    We are looking for a skilled MRI Technologist to join our healthcare team, where you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch imaging services for patient diagnosis and treatment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Patient Care and Safety:
      • Prepare and inform patients about the MRI procedure.
      • Safely position patients for scans and ensure their comfort.
      • Monitor patients during scans and address any issues.
      • Administer contrast agents when needed.
    • Equipment Operation:
      • Operate and maintain MRI equipment for optimal performance.
      • Perform equipment checks and troubleshoot technical issues.
      • Adjust imaging parameters for diagnostic images.
    • Image Acquisition and Quality Control:
      • Acquire high-quality MRI images and review them for accuracy.
      • Maintain patient records and imaging data.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
      • Collaborate with radiologists for accurate image interpretation.
      • Effectively communicate with patients and assist in protocol development.
    • Safety and Compliance:
      • Adhere to safety protocols and stay updated on industry best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
    • State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in MRI.
    • ARRT certification in MRI and CPR certification.
    • Strong understanding of MRI equipment, imaging techniques, and safety protocols.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience as an MRI Technologist.
    • Additional certifications or advanced training in MRI.
    • Experience with PACS and EMR systems.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Manual dexterity and visual acuity for equipment operation.
