Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of a critical field training and services leader to successfully develop our teams, serve our customers and drive revenue.

    We are looking for an Operations Manager to help drive our business, ensure exceptional outcomes for our customers and help manage our crews.
    Operations Manager responsibilities include helping to formulate and drive our overall strategy, managing people, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.
    Ultimately, youll help our company grow and thrive.

    Responsibilities
    • Oversee day-to-day field operations - we will train you in all services
    • Design strategy and set goals for growth
    • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
    • Reinforce policies and processes
    • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
    • Support recruitment and training of new employees
    • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
    • Direct the employee assessment process
    • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
    • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

    Requirements and skills
    • Proven experience as a field operations manager, crew leader or similar supervisory role
    • Experience in managing people
    • Knowledge of basic trade skills
    • Strong analytical ability
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
    • Problem-solving aptitude
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
    • BSc/BA in relevant field is a plus
