    We're growing our Enterprise Sales team and excited to bring on an Enterprise Account Manager who will serve as the link between TigerConnect and assigned client accounts. This is a great role if you love partnering with healthcare clients, listen carefully to how they're using our products, what their needs or problems may be, and helping them find solutions within our product suite. In this quota carrying role, you'll partner with internal and external stakeholders to find ways to expand TigerConnect's impact for our clients.

    What You'll Be Doing:

  • Owning your KPI's - Renewal rate, Upsell, and Cross-Sell Qualified Leads
  • Liaison between the client and TigerConnect departments to convey information, ensure understanding, and make certain everything gets done right away
  • Understanding your client's pain points and business objectives to formulate a clear path to success
  • Monitoring the client's TC journey by following their adoption, usage, and engagement of our products throughout the term of their agreement
  • Identifying key stakeholders and decision makers and creating proper engagement strategies
  • Making the client aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success
  • Providing progress reports to clients and upper management

    What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

  • 2+ years of proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Tech stack experience preferred - Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, and Outreach
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
