- Review current process for capturing customer complaints by creating a value stream map.
- Consider use of current software available, making use of key quality tools for example: 8D's, FMEA's, 5Why's and Ishikawa Diagram.
- Develop a process for capturing customer complaints from initial investigation to closure.
