Job Duties:

Coordinate and conducts monthly employee trainingsCoordinate and participate in internal product safety audits and manage action items supporting SQF certification.

Trains new employees on quality testing procedures and defect analysisAssists Quality Inspectors with product testing and problem troubleshootingSupport Quality Manager in annual SQF Audit preparation activities.

(keeping everyone "Audit Ready")Assist Quality Manager to respond to Product Safety customer requests.
Coordinate and execute annual and biannual product safety environmental sampling.


Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED requiredAdditional education in quality, safety, mechanical or electrical areas of knowledge preferred.
Lean and ISO experience a plus, plastics industry preferred.
