*Entry-Level Tech Support Specialist**Are you passionate about technology and looking to start your career in IT support? Join our team as an *Entry-Level Tech Support Specialist* and kickstart your journey in the tech industry
We're seeking motivated individuals with a strong interest in *IT hardware and support*.

This role will involve setting up new workstations, performing basic troubleshooting, and assisting with the deployment of equipment for our clients.

Perfect for recent graduates with an associate degree or higher, and a CompTIA A+ certification is a valuable plus.
*Set up new workstations, including computers, peripherals, and network connections

• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
• Document and track issues to ensure quick resolution
• Overnight travel required to client locations for installations and support

*At least a 2-year degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• Familiarity with computer hardware and software
• CompTIA A+ certification is a bonus
• Flexibility for overnight travel

*Compensation: $18-21 per hour
