    Client Solutions Team Lead

    Summary

    Cyclotron is looking for a Client Solutions Team Lead (full-time employee) in the Employee Experience Practice to help our Client Solutions team members provide the right technology/people solutions to solve their business needs. The Client Solutions Team Lead will be responsible for people management and delivery oversight for presales of the Client Solutions team members. This person will also stay up-to-date with Microsoft updates that will support offer development. S/he will work in the consulting environment providing client solutions and services around Microsoft products to small - large enterprise companies.

    Responsibilities

    People Management 10% – happy team members

    • Team calls, 1:1's, performance reviews & addressing performance issues, hiring including scheduling and conducting interviews and working with People Ops on offers, onboarding new hires (pairing up with buddies)
    • Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and professional growth
    • Admin tasks: PTO requests and ensuring project coverage, expense approvals, timesheet approvals, ensuring capacity plan's delivery time entries are up to date, staffing projects

    Offer Development 10% – offers that serve clients' needs

    • Keep up to date with changes in the Microsoft environment
    • Partner with the Employee Experience practice lead and other practice leads to develop offers that best serve potential clients' business needs

    Presales Delivery Oversight 10% – minimized presales delivery escalations & standardized delivery quality

    • Partner with the Delivery team to create standard Employee Experience content for Budgetary Estimate (BE), Statement of Work (SOW) and project estimators for Project Blueprints and ensure they are in alignment with delivery
    • Partner with the Employee Experience's content strategist and other practices to ensure Employee Experience's presales content in the Project Blueprints (e.g., offer deck, work with Marketing on flyers) are accurate
    • Ensure BEs and SOWs are completed within the required timeline (SLA)

    Presales Delivery 70% – ensuring standards work for delivery

    • Attend presales potential client calls to understand client needs, ask scoping questions to determine what the potential change leadership work looks like
    • In partnership with other presales team members from other practices, develop a BE and/or SOW within the required timeline (SLA)
    • Present the Employee Experience part of the proposed solution during BE/SOW reviews
    • Educate/conduct a warm hand off to the delivery focused Employee Experience Partner from presales to delivery (10% built-in billable work in the estimate)

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with a passion for driving positive change and continuous improvement
    • 5-10+ years leading large-scale change efforts by developing effective change leadership plans to achieve business outcomes
    • Significant experience with change leadership methodologies and best practices
    • IT / Microsoft experience
    • Experience developing and implementing solid change plans to achieve business value
    • Ability to interact with all levels of the client's organization, including executive level stakeholders, and gain alignment on change activities
    • Clear communication skills – both written and verbal, including the ability to collaborate with client subject matter experts for validating / updating communications and /or training content
    • Ability to clearly develop and articulate messages to a variety of audiences
    • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
    • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
    • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new business processes and applications and work independently
    • Ability to manage and execute change activities with the flexibility to adjust plans quickly, as needed

    Additional Knowledge & Skills

    • Big 4 consulting experience preferred
    • Change management certification or designation a plus
