    Director of Risk Management - Sign On Bonus

    Location:

    Murrieta, California

    Responsibilities:

    • Directing, organizing, leading, implementing and supervising day-to-day operations of the Risk Management efforts for our Healthcare client.
    • Serving as the hospital Patient Safety Officer and Compliance Officer under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of a state-accredited school of nursing or graduate of an accredited collegiate program in a health-science related field.
    • Master's degree in a healthcare-related field, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with seven years of director-level experience; required.
    • At least four years of leadership experience in an acute care facility.
    • Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.

    $183,580.00 per year
