CBV is currently seeking an ADON with excellent management and interpersonal skills to assist in leading our nursing professionals in providing outstanding resident care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the Director of Nursing all aspects of the nursing department, including care standards, quality, policies, compliance, staffing levels, medical records, and the day to day functions of the department. Our dedicated ADON will build strong bonds with CBV's residents, families and the Nursing team members and work to exceed expectations of our community members.

    Requirements:
    • RN required
    • Expertise in aging services
    • Mission-motivated
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Visible, hands-on leader
    • Passionate about staff development
    • Strong organizational leadership skills and ability to help lead the entire Nursing team – Nursing Administration (MDS, Care Plan Nurse, Educator, Restorative Nurses, Staffing Coordinator, Medical Records Coordinator), Nurses, CNAs and Restorative Aides
    • Excellent critical thinking skills
    • Ability to review and synthesize information, develop policies and procedures and implement systems
