    We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing/Product Coordinator or Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or current student with a strong foundation in marketing and a keen interest in product management. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, as well as technical skills in handling CRM systems and datasets. Proficiency in SQL is a plus. You should be eager to apply these skills in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and contributing to both marketing and product management efforts.

Our phased and tailored investigative approach develops critical information that mitigates risk and successfully resolves cases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Social Media Marketing:

    • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms.
    • Create engaging content and manage social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and report on results.

    Email Marketing Automation:

    • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize marketing automation tools to segment audiences, personalize content, and track performance.
    • Analyze email campaign metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

    Product Management Coordination:

    • Collaborate with the product management team to align marketing efforts with product development initiatives.
    • Assist in managing product backlogs, sprints, and roadmaps using Jira.
    • Help document product requirements and user stories.
    • Facilitate communication between marketing and product development teams.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to gather insights and identify trends.
    • Utilize CRM data to support targeted marketing efforts.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare reports.

    Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to the marketing and product management teams.
    • Maintain and update databases and marketing lists.

    Requirements:

    • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or 3 years demonstrated experience for coordinator role.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Experience with marketing automation software.
    • Familiarity with Jira or willingness to learn.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Creative and analytical thinking skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Internship experience in marketing or product management.
    • Strong aesthetic sensibility with foundational skills in design and branding.
    • Experience sourcing new leads and identifying decision-makers.
    • Demonstrable social media marketing skills.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Working knowledge of WordPress.
    • Legal industry experience is a plus.

    Working Conditions:

    • This position is fully remote.
    • Flexible working hours to accommodate academic schedules (for interns).
